No-Refund Policy and Rescheduling Information Thank you for choosing our tutoring services. We are committed to providing high-quality education and support. Please review our policy regarding refunds and rescheduling: No Refunds: Please note that all payments for tutoring services, workshops, or any Apex events are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule a tutoring session, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new time. Expiration of Time-Specific Plans: For students enrolled in time-specific plans such as the annual tutoring plan, semester plan, or monthly plan, please be aware that these plans are subject to expiration. Any sessions or benefits included in these plans will expire and cannot be rescheduled once the final deadline of the plan has passed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
